This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with the Director of Creative Operations and Creative Directors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and creative expertise across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cross-departmental projects.
• Oversee and manage the daily workflow of creative tasks, ensuring transparency regarding status, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Engage in creative development and production meetings to synchronize objectives, milestones, and final outputs.
• Supervise the development and production of marketing materials across various formats, including TV, radio, print, digital video, social media, websites, banners, and experiential projects.
• Connect with Marketing Project Managers and Marketing leaders to ensure projects stay aligned with milestones and expectations.
• Offer guidance and operational assistance to creative teams by clarifying tasks, deliverables, and subsequent steps while eliminating obstacles.
• Assist the Creative Operations Director in executing workflow solutions and optimization initiatives.
• Record and enhance Creative processes to support operational excellence within Creative Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or project management within a creative agency or in-house team.
• Strong comprehension of creative and production processes across print, digital, video, social, and experiential channels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, creative teams, marketing partners, and operational leaders.
• Experience in managing intricate creative projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to balance operational discipline with flexibility, empathy, and appreciation for creative workflows.
• Comfort in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments with changing priorities.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and an appropriate workspace for virtual collaboration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% for business purposes.
