Senior Pre-Sales Technical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Provide impactful instructor-led training (ILT) in both virtual and in-person formats throughout the entire sales lifecycle, covering everything from initial opportunity identification and value positioning to delivering exceptional "outcome-based" technical demonstrations, health checks, risk reviews, and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.

• Empower Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to articulate the blend of business value and technical excellence, ensuring the appropriate solutions are delivered in complex prospect environments.

• Utilize extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud, SaaS, and networking, to deliver training that is rich in context.

• Implement Train-the-Trainer (T3) instruction to certify partners and provide ongoing mentorship to guarantee instructional quality on a global scale.

• Maintain deep technical and commercial knowledge of the CrowdStrike portfolio, along with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

• Uphold a rigorous continuous learning routine, keeping abreast of the evolving threat landscape and industry trends through consistent technical and commercial skill enhancement, ensuring a "lead-from-the-front" approach to subject matter expertise.

• Showcase technical agility by mastering and delivering training on CrowdStrike's Agentic AI solutions across various use cases.

• Track training performance metrics to offer strategic recommendations for content improvement and instructional design.

• Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and monitor participant mastery, ensuring that learning outcomes directly correlate with field performance.

• Assess the readiness of potential trainers to ensure a consistent, world-class enablement experience throughout the global partner network.

• Serve as an advocate for new products, solutions, and initiatives, generating internal momentum while utilizing performance metrics to enhance curriculum impact and ensure global partner readiness.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve existing content and create new courses by providing subject matter expertise and real-world implementation feedback.

• Work closely with our Alliances and Solution Architecture teams to effectively prioritize and focus on key partner initiatives and regional strategies.

• Function as a cross-functional liaison between the field and CrowdStrike internal teams to ensure that enablement assets, product direction, and marketing strategies are in sync with evolving commercial and technical requirements, as well as the competitive challenges faced by our global partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical training, or consulting within the cybersecurity sector.

• Practical, hands-on expertise in one or more of the following enterprise cybersecurity domains: SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity Security, SaaS Security, Cloud Security.

• Hands-on proficiency in IT infrastructure and architecture, including networking and computing platforms.

• Capable of delivering clear, impactful presentations and interactive training to both technical and business audiences.

• Demonstrates an exceptional ability to clarify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, while maintaining credibility with engineering teams.

• Possesses a working knowledge of MEDDIC and value-based selling methodologies.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-relevant discipline.

• Exhibits strong intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with a clear commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support partner and customer events.

• Fluent in English.
