This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Act as the primary technical liaison throughout the sales process.
• Grasp customer business needs and formulate effective technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
• Foster strong client relationships by serving as a trusted technical consultant.
• Address technical inquiries, mitigate objections, and bolster customer confidence in the proposed solutions.
• Assist with RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by crafting precise and clear technical responses.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams to aid in product enhancements and future development.
• Support the design of solution architecture and the preparation of technical documentation.
• Engage in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in a technical capacity.
• At least **1–2 years of experience** in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as:
• Software Solutions

• Cybersecurity
• Networking
• Capability to create technical diagrams, architectural designs, and polished presentations.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts and conveying clear business value to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of the entire sales cycle and customer engagement process.
• Capacity to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
