This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Interact with potential clients to gain insights into their business challenges and requirements concerning ERP and CRM systems.
• Create and present customized product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Partner with sales teams to formulate effective strategies and solution proposals.
• Offer technical support and guidance throughout the entire sales process, including addressing RFPs and RFIs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product developments to effectively position solutions.
• Work remotely while ensuring exceptional communication and collaboration with both internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting position focused on ERP and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP and CRM platforms, their features, and deployment methodologies.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in translating intricate technical concepts into business value propositions.
• Experience in remote work with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
• A demonstrated history of supporting successful sales efforts and closing deals.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
