Senior Practice Manager, Healthcare – Life Science

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role (or a similar position) engaging with executives and handling complex technical implementation projects, roadmapping, and revenue forecasting.

• Direct experience, preferably in the respective market (refer to job title), in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud domains.

• Strong comprehension of business solutions tailored to our target clients, utilizing data as a key enabler. This includes Customer Data Platforms, cross-industry data sharing, AI, personalization, etc.

• Documented success in achieving booking, utilization, and consumption (or comparable) targets.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate and translate across both internal teams and customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Differentiator: Experience with Big 5 or boutique strategy consulting, particularly with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Differentiator: Background in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager, or equivalent).

• Differentiator: Experience in designing, leading, influencing, and selling functional solution sets (e.g., Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Optimization, Manufacturing Re-engineering) or cross-functional Digital Transformations.
