This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, conduct requirements analysis, evaluate solution alternatives, and engage in design discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and implement Dataverse solutions utilizing model-driven applications, Power Automate cloud flows, business rules, Power Fx, and other platform functionalities.
• Extend the platform as needed using C#, .NET, plug-ins, custom APIs, JavaScript, Dataverse Web API, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Create secure inbound and outbound integrations leveraging Dataverse and relevant Azure services, focusing on authentication, error management, retry mechanisms, performance, and operational support.
• Define logical data models, data mappings, migration and synchronization strategies, alternate keys, and data quality controls.
• Develop technical designs, integration diagrams, process flows, estimates, assumptions, risks, deployment plans, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Implement effective application lifecycle management through solutions, dependency and layer management, environment variables, connection references, source control, Power Platform Pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
• Conduct peer reviews, unit and integration testing, solution validation, performance assessments, user acceptance testing support, release verification, and production troubleshooting.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, maintain actionable monitoring and support documentation, and address managed-services backlog work as needed.
• Lead technical walkthroughs, communicate progress and risks, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across disciplines and time zones.
• Stay updated on platform advancements and contribute to internal practices, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing.
• A minimum of five years of practical consulting or development experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations in a client-facing technical capacity.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Dataverse, model-driven applications, Power Automate cloud flows, data modeling, and platform configuration.
• Practical development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Dataverse extension methodologies.
• Strong comprehension of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, authentication, error management, performance, and supportability.
• Familiarity with solution-focused application lifecycle management, source control, automated deployments, and tools such as Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Experience in designing Dataverse security and troubleshooting application, automation, integration, and deployment challenges.
• Capability to produce clear technical documentation, generate reliable estimates, identify risks and assumptions, and articulate technical decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, prioritization, and collaboration abilities, including experience working independently within distributed teams.
