Senior Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of solutions encompassing: Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse), Dynamics 365 CE, integration, and data architecture.

• Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable solution frameworks.

• Take ownership of technical design documentation and architectural decisions.

• Develop and supervise: Plugins and custom workflows (C#/.NET).

• Create custom APIs and integrations.

• Implement customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Design and execute Copilot-first solutions.

• Spearhead the development of Copilot Studio agents and enterprise AI experiences.

• Define patterns for: AI integration with Dataverse and external systems.

• Focus on automation, summarization, and intelligent workflows.

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead technical streams across various projects.

• Mentor and guide mid-level developers.

• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.

• Design intricate integrations utilizing Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

• Define data models, governance, and strategies for performance optimization.

• Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Assist in pre-sales, solution shaping, and technical assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

• PL-400 Certification (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.

• Extensive knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CE integration patterns and architecture.

• Experience in custom development using .NET and JavaScript.

• Strong background in designing and delivering Copilot / AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience in government or regulated environments (highly valued).
