Senior Power Electronics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Design Solid State Transformers intended for Datacenters.

• Oversee the development of electronics and product architecture.

• Act as a subject matter expert on customer projects.

• Propel the company's technology and product roadmap initiatives.

• Lead and organize research projects.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

• Steer the electronics development process and tool creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in analog and digital electronics design (including simulation, schematics, layout, EMC, thermal design, and functional safety).

• Familiarity with product testing, qualification, and applicable standards.

• Demonstrated experience in electronics architecture design.

• Proven track record in technical leadership and project ownership.

• Comprehensive experience across the full product development lifecycle in automotive or similar sectors.

• Solid understanding of electronics development tools and processes.

• Experience with electronics industrialization, EMS suppliers, and production testing systems.

• Background in power electronics and energy storage applications.

• Master's or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
