Electrical Engineer – Building Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Executing customer-specific requirements for electrical building services systems in tender and specification documents.

• Offering technical guidance to external design offices throughout the conceptual, execution, and installation planning phases.

• Assisting in the design and implementation of systems such as fire and intruder alarm systems, CCTV, electrical installations, interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, and lightning protection.

• Engaging in close coordination and collaboration with international, multidisciplinary project teams.

• Aiding bid teams with innovative technical solutions and optimized cost estimations.

• Providing technical assistance to site personnel during the construction phase.

• Conducting inspections and acceptance tests in the realm of electrical building services and addressing any open items.

• Contributing to the development of technical documentation and compiling acceptance and final documentation according to customer specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree (Bachelor) or master craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.

• Experience in electrical planning and execution of technical building services, ideally within an industrial context.

• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or BIM360.

• Experience in intercultural project collaboration and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Self-motivated with a proactive working style, creativity, and a strong focus on quality and results.

• Capable of collaborating across functions in complex project structures.

• Excellent German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
