Senior Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create interactive and visually engaging reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI to effectively represent complex data sets.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and comprehend their data visualization needs.

• Design and execute data models and transformations to fulfill comprehensive reporting requirements.

• Leverage advanced capabilities of Power BI to produce dynamic and interactive visualizations.

• Enhance report performance and streamline data refresh processes to guarantee efficient insight delivery.

• Offer expertise and advice on best practices for data visualization and report design.

• Work in close partnership with data engineers and analysts to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in data visualization tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in developing interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI (5+ years of experience with Power BI is mandatory).

• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with business stakeholders in gathering requirements and understanding their data visualization needs.

• Experience in designing and implementing data models and transformations for reporting objectives.

• Advanced proficiency in utilizing Power BI features to create dynamic and interactive visualizations.

• Capability to optimize report performance and data refresh processes for effective insight delivery.

• Knowledge of data visualization and report design best practices.

• Experience with data in Snowflake and Azure Data Lake for visualization purposes is advantageous.

• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to meet objectives.

• Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and share best practices in data visualization.

• Experience in CRO, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is a significant advantage.

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher (English is the primary communication language within the company).
