Senior Power BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI, utilizing DAX, Power Query, and SQL to provide precise, business-focused analyses.

• Employ Power Automate to establish workflows that automate repetitive tasks, such as automatic email notifications, data entry, and approval workflows, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

• Connect to various data sources (SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, Azure), construct robust data models, and implement row-level security (RLS) to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

• Oversee and enhance Power BI reports to guarantee performance and scalability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the BI environment.

• Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and provide training on developed solutions, promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in IT development, data analysis, or business intelligence, emphasizing Power BI and Power Automate.

• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop/Service, including the creation of advanced dashboards and the use of tools such as DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

• Proven experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and integration with various sources like SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and Azure.

• Familiar with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and Azure services.

• Exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the capability to lead technical initiatives while guiding teams in dynamic environments.

• Proficient in spoken English.
