Senior Portfolio Manager, Workflow Engine

📋 Description

• Act as the business and product leader for Workflow Engine and associated integration technologies.

• Collaborate closely with customers, engineering, architecture, UX, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions to the market.

• Recognize unmet customer needs, assess market opportunities, and formulate strategies that allow healthcare organizations to effortlessly connect systems, automate workflows, and extract greater value from the SmartCare platform.

• Establish and convey the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Workflow Engine and SmartCare integration functionalities.

• Create multi-year product strategies that align with customer requirements and market prospects.

• Weigh customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial goals when prioritizing product investments.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Architecture and Engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required;

• Over 6 years of professional experience.

• Experience in Product Management/Portfolio Management for Enterprise Software, Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Platform Products, Middleware, or related sectors.

• Proven experience in owning product strategy and roadmaps for software, platform, middleware, API, integration, or workflow automation products.

• Strong comprehension of software development processes, cloud architectures, APIs, integration technologies, and interoperability principles.

• Demonstrated capability to identify market prospects and transform customer needs into successful product strategies.

• Preferred experience in Healthcare IT, interoperability, FHIR, HL7, clinical workflow, or digital health.

• Strongly preferred experience with middleware, workflow orchestration, enterprise integration platforms, or connected ecosystem products.
