Senior Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of current credit relationships to ensure the quality of credit and the integrity of risk ratings;

• Conduct and document loan assessments on a quarterly basis for all loans within the portfolio;

• Prepare material change forms and submit comments;

• Promptly address customer inquiries, credit requests, or servicing requests;

• Review daily reports of overdue loans and take proactive measures to collect payments;

• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements related to loans;

• Support bank management with special projects or initiatives for business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university;

• At least 7 years of relevant banking experience;

• Previous experience with SBA is preferred;

• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to read and evaluate individual and corporate financial statements;

• In-depth knowledge of basic banking products and commercial lending options;

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Capability to carry out job duties with minimal supervision;

• Strong skills in presentation, as well as written and verbal communication;

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team; adaptable.
