Senior PLM Architect – PTC Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of bid and proposal solutions, ensuring that the PLM architecture (with an emphasis on PTC solutions) aligns with customer challenges, business goals, and technical needs.

• Engage in PLM solutioning efforts across North America in collaboration with the Global Solutioning team.

• Assist in the design and writing of proposals by working closely with bid teams and PLM presales.

• Guarantee precise and insightful deal qualifications by directly interacting with customers, comprehending their expectations, and validating both technical and business feasibility.

• Aid in project delivery as a delivery executive or business/technical advisor.

• Participate in presales initiatives such as discovery workshops, value definition, solution storytelling, and architectural evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of in-depth experience with PLM PTC platforms (Windchill, Codebeamer, FlexPLM, Creo, etc.) and related ecosystem technologies.

• A consulting mindset with expertise in problem-framing, solution design, executive communication, and guiding clients through digital transformation processes.

• Strong cognitive abilities including analytical thinking, decision-making, and conceptual design.

• Creativity and innovation, utilizing design thinking and industry best practices to develop persuasive PLM, digital thread, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

• Knowledge of enterprise-level processes within engineering, product development, and industrial design.

• Significant experience in presales engagements, proposal development, and bid processes.
