This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Lead the strategy and development of the Pindrop Platform.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and provides unique value to internal product teams and customers.
• Keep abreast of competitive and industry trends related to platforms, data products, and developer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to understand current dependencies on the platform and their future needs.
• Interact with customers and partners to gain insights into use cases and unmet requirements.
• Oversee organizational goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform.
• Establish the overall vision, strategy, and success criteria for the Pindrop Platform.
• Determine how shared platform capabilities will evolve to support both current and future products.
• Manage and prioritize platform roadmaps, balancing investments with new capabilities.
• Facilitate end-to-end execution for platform initiatives from discovery through to launch.
• Work alongside go-to-market partners to effectively position platform capabilities and enhance customer adoption.
• 5–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant focus on platforms, infrastructure, or shared services (e.g., data platforms, API platforms, developer platforms, or similar).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and highly distributed systems, alongside an understanding of how platform decisions can affect reliability, performance, cost, and security.
• Documented experience in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for platform or API/data products, covering positioning, packaging, pricing, and launch planning.
• Proven ability to closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions, customer narratives, and enablement strategies.
• Experience in creating and scaling internal platforms that cater to multiple product teams or business units, or developing external platforms/APIs utilized directly by customers and partners.
• Technical background or strong technical fluency; capable of closely working with engineering on APIs, data models, integration patterns, and system trade-offs.
• Experience within a SaaS company is mandatory; experience in security, identity, fraud, or risk is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven history of successful product or platform launches with a significant impact on adoption, usage, or business results.
• Comfortable engaging in detailed analysis, resolving edge cases, or assisting teams in overcoming obstacles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—able to clarify complex technical topics and foster alignment among engineering, product, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
• Open and transparent regarding what works and what doesn’t; utilizes data and feedback for rapid iteration.
