This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and execute a captivating product vision and roadmap for Anti-Discrimination and Equity products.
• Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations specialists, policy leaders, and product partners to foster alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the product backlog and prioritization process, ensuring a balance between business value, risk mitigation, and user experience.
• Set clear objectives, metrics, and success criteria in collaboration with Anti-Discrimination and Equity and cross-functional leadership.
• Effectively communicate strategy, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Utilize data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to continuously enhance scaled platform products and decision systems.
• Work closely with teams across Tech, Global Operations, Policy, Product, Legal, Reputation, and Shared Services to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and streamline execution.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform, anti-discrimination & equity, trust & safety, or risk-related fields.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to influence a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with a pronounced inclination towards data-informed decision-making.
• Experience in driving hypothesis-driven product development and iterative learning processes.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Demonstrated success in influencing without direct authority and fostering alignment among global, cross-functional teams.
• A passion for and experience in creating technologies and products that promote inclusivity.
• Background or experience in anti-discrimination, equity, or inclusion is advantageous.
