
Senior Platform Engineer – DevOps, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Proactively identifying challenges and addressing them collaboratively with backend and DevOps teams.
• Developing templates and infrastructure standards for common needs of development teams (e.g., new services, Cloud Run projects).
• Enhancing and maintaining the observability stack (Loki, Grafana, Prometheus) while optimizing resource utilization and cloud costs (GCP).
• Maintaining and developing internal self-hosted tools (including NocoDB, n8n, Outline).
• Providing infrastructure support for Data Engineering and Data Science teams (including Airflow, forecasting pipelines, and ML servers).
• Managing network infrastructure in dark stores (network, CCTV, receipt printers, handheld devices) in collaboration with the IT Manager.
• Building and maintaining on-premises infrastructure (servers for ML and resource-intensive workloads, CI/CD runners for mobile projects).
• Maintaining and improving CI/CD processes (GitLab) and developer experience.
• Building infrastructure for AI solutions (autonomous agents, Slack bots, code review agents, remote coding agents).
• Developing SRE practices: alerting, incident reporting, and handling processes (PagerDuty, Slack).
• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering, with the ability to independently lead projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another leading public cloud.
• Proficiency in working with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Designing and developing CI/CD processes (experience with GitLab CI is a plus).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container-based environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki (or their equivalents).
• Characterized by independence, initiative, and accountability for delivered solutions.
• Effective collaboration with developers, Data and IT teams, and fluent communication in both Polish and English.
• Good understanding of computer networking concepts.
