Senior Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance internal platforms and services that simplify infrastructure complexity for product teams.

• Write real software (not just operate tools): automations, integrations, and reusable platform blocks.

• Work with infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows.

• Create self-service capabilities, ready paths, and comprehensive documentation to ensure adoption.

• Collaborate closely with the Security team and product teams to ensure the platform is reliable and adoptable.

• Make architectural decisions and support technical trade-offs alongside leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering, platform development, or infrastructure automation.

• Strong programming skills (Go, Python, or Java).

• Practical experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent).

• Experience with containers and Kubernetes (ideally EKS).

• Proficiency in CI/CD and GitOps workflows.

• Experience with identity models and access control (RBAC, IAM).

• A platform mindset with a focus on product development.

• Autonomy and versatility to take a mission from concept to execution.
