Senior Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Build a strong, machine-readable contextual foundation that allows AI agents to effectively navigate our systems, ownership, and infrastructure.

• Ensure that software can be continuously and safely released, especially when developed with Agents.

• Develop standardized pathways for both human and agentic development.

• Utilize KPIs such as System Availability and Change Lead Time to guide your priorities.

• Design, construct, and maintain resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud, or Backend Engineering.

• Skilled in using agentic tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.

• Strong understanding of "Day 2" operations and system reliability.

• Exceptional writing abilities to convey intent clearly to both humans and agents.

• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or TypeScript.

• Solid experience with a public cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Very good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Must reside in Germany.
