Senior Platform Engineer – Agentic Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop a solid, machine-readable context foundation that allows AI agents to effectively navigate our systems, ownership, and infrastructure.

• Ensure that software is continuously and safely released, particularly when developed with Agents.

• Establish standardized golden paths for both human and agent-driven development.

• Utilize KPIs such as System Availability and Change Lead Time to guide your priorities.

• Design, construct, and uphold resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud, or Backend Engineering.

• Expertise with agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.

• Strong understanding of "Day 2" operations and system reliability.

• Exceptional writing skills to clearly convey intent to both humans and agents.

• Proficient in programming or scripting languages like Python, Golang, or TypeScript.

• Solid experience working with a public cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Very good proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Must reside in Germany.

• Bonus points for:

• Previous experience with IoT applications.
