Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Engage in various projects that may cover a wide range of applications as a member of the project team, occasionally taking on the role of project lead.

• Offer client support, consultation, and expert knowledge for system development, maintenance, and support.

• Work collaboratively with clients, business analysts, and team members to gather and comprehend business requirements.

• Accountable for the design, coding, testing, implementation, and support of application software, ensuring delivery within the specified timeline and budget.

• Involved in all facets of project planning processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Systems, or a related field.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, including both canvas apps and model-driven apps.

• Capability to analyze and interpret intricate problems or processes that encompass multiple business areas.

• Advanced experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA, and business process flows.

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, covering data modeling, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, security roles, and integration with the Power Platform.

• Proven ability to develop agents from start to finish in Microsoft Copilot Studio across various agent types.

• Solid understanding of Power Platform connectors, custom connectors (REST/OData), and integration with Microsoft 365.
