Senior Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop tailored solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.

• Design responsive forms and workflows to enhance business operations.

• Deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, and Azure Cognitive Services.

• Connect Power Platform and SharePoint applications with both internal and external systems via RESTful APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, SQL, and Dataverse.

• Construct dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Implement Microsoft 365 governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), environmental strategies, permission management, and content retention policies.

• Collaborate with attorneys, legal teams, and administrative departments to collect requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Guide junior developers and citizen developers while providing training.

• Oversee SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including integrations, troubleshooting, and updates.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks, prioritize multiple tasks, lead technical initiatives, and enhance development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in developing and managing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Subscription Edition, including site configuration, farm administration, and SPFx development.

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Strong expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, SQL Server, and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Proficient in PowerShell, including PnP modules, Power Fx, and GitHub.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and skills in resolving complex technical issues.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
