Senior Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and develop tailored solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Power Automate.

• Design responsive forms and workflows to enhance business operations.

• Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, and Azure Cognitive Services effectively.

• Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint applications with both internal and external systems.

• Construct interactive dashboards and reports through Power BI.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 governance best practices.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to collect requirements and provide solutions.

• Oversee SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 5 years of practical experience in developing and managing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Subscription Edition, covering site configuration, farm administration, and SPFx development.

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Strong expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Familiar with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and integrations with SQL Server and Dataverse.

• Knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Skilled in PowerShell (including PnP modules), Power Fx, and GitHub.

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to independently address complex technical challenges.

• Strong communication skills, with experience in working alongside cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, Agile environment.
