Senior Pipeline Programs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead Program Strategy & Design: Identify gaps in the pipeline across various segments and develop outbound programs (pipeline generation, pipeline progression) to address these gaps.

• Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the cohesive force for Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.

• Implement with Operational Precision: Oversee the complete program lifecycle from start to finish.

• Analyze & Improve: Identify business hotspots and assess pipeline health indicators.

• Develop Scalable Solutions with AI: Explore innovative working methods utilizing AI.

• Promote Samsara’s Culture: Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Revenue Programs, Go-To-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.

• Proven success in designing and implementing outbound sales programs that have positively influenced pipeline metrics.

• Demonstrated capacity to align and ensure accountability among Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams without direct authority.

• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret pipeline health signals, set coverage targets, create propensity-to-buy account lists, and design feedback mechanisms to refine program performance.

• Proficient in translating complex program performance data into understandable narratives for Sales leadership.

• Advanced skills in SFDC reporting and dashboard creation; capable of independently accessing pipeline and program health data without needing a dedicated analyst for routine inquiries.

• Practical experience in developing AI-powered tools or workflow automations — additional credit for familiarity with Claude, Salesforce Einstein, or similar platforms.
