This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, train, mentor, and lead a worldwide team of Network Engagement Managers.
• Establish a benchmark for delivering exceptional customer service to members.
• Create and sustain a repository of processes, tools, and quick reference materials for both new and existing networks.
• Mobilize and engage members and advocates in relation to engagement strategies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the experience of members and their spouses/partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an association or membership organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficient in tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Publicate, Canva, or similar applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
