Senior Physician, Advanced Practice Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit qualified physicians and advanced practice providers for open positions.

• Source and headhunt both passive and active provider candidates independently.

• Conduct outreach, discovery, and screening of candidates.

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements.

• Verify relevant specialty experience, education, board certification or eligibility, licenses, certifications, and other necessary qualifications.

• Identify considerations related to relocation, geography, compensation, scheduling, and candidate availability during the discovery process.

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate submissions for candidates.

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the entire recruiting process.

• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.

• Maintain an active pipeline of providers and ensure consistent follow-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.

• Comprehensive full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.

• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting physicians and providers.

• Ability to independently identify and engage passive provider candidates.

• Proficient in candidate discovery, screening, and qualification techniques.

• Capability to evaluate specialty experience, licensure, board status, certifications, and other specific requirements for positions.

• Professional ability to discuss compensation, relocation, geographic preferences, scheduling, and candidate availability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to independently handle multiple provider searches and candidate pipelines.

• Established sourcing methods and the ability to recruit without basic recruiter training.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis.

• Must be based in the U.S.
