This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leads the team tasked with ICSR management for a specific project or cluster of projects in the role of Team Leader, while also managing ICSR staff.
• Ensures an appropriate allocation of tasks across assigned projects and teams, overseeing the workflow process.
• Guarantees effective collaboration with clients in the realm of ICSR Management.
• Contributes to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
• Works under the guidance of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Provides assistance for additional activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.
• Establishes and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including the optimization of procedures, training, and other measures to enhance ICSR team efficiency.
• Suggests process modifications to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manages ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Reviews trackers and timesheet data, ensuring their accuracy.
• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality checks of cases.
• Supports other departments as approved and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Functions as the assigned team subject matter expert (SME).
• Assists the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including serving as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the designated country and fulfilling the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the specified language, as agreed upon with the line manager.
• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Significant prior work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 1 year in a line manager role.
• Experience with medical devices is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to multitask.
• Proficient in delegation skills.
• Expertise in planning and time management.
• Possesses technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
