This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Leads the team in charge of ICSR management for a designated project or group of projects as Team Leader and oversees the ICSR staff.
• Ensures the effective distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams while supervising the workflow process.
• Guarantees and promotes activities that foster effective collaboration with clients in the area of ICSR Management.
• Contributes to the realization of the company’s goals and objectives.
• Operates under the guidance of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Provides support for other initiatives undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.
• Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, including optimizing procedures, conducting training, and implementing actions to enhance ICSR team efficiency.
• Suggests process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manages ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Reviews trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality control of cases.
• Supports other departments as directed and approved by the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Functions as the designated team Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Assists the RA & PV Network Department as required, including serving as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the specified country and assuming the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the assigned language, as agreed with the line manager.
• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or possess other healthcare-related qualifications or experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Significant prior experience in pharmacovigilance, with at least 1 year in a line manager position.
• Experience with medical devices is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in delegation.
• Skills in planning and time management.
• Technical proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
