Senior Petroleum Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance client retention objectives by promoting product usage and facilitating expansion through proactive and regularly scheduled interactions.

• Take ownership of the consultative experience for a designated portfolio of clients.

• Provide guidance to clients on industry best practices, reservoir engineering processes, and maximizing value through the use of ComboCurve.

• Spot opportunities for user growth and account enhancement within current client organizations.

• Create, implement, and uphold strategic success plans customized for assigned customers.

• Contribute pertinent insights, discussions, and content related to the oil and gas industry.

• Act as the definitive source for customer technical workflows, business objectives, and account strategies.

• Foster client adoption by aligning ComboCurve solutions with changing business demands and operational objectives.

• Assist with customer inquiries via established support channels and ensure prompt resolutions.

• Represent customer interests internally by delivering strategic feedback to Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.

• Travel occasionally for on-site customer meetings and industry trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Reservoir Engineering.

• Knowledge of reservoir engineering workflows, including A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic assessments.

• Proficiency in ARIES, PHDWin, and other similar reservoir engineering and economic modeling tools.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting.

• Strong analytical mindset and process-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

• Must be located in the Houston, Dallas, Midland, or Austin areas.
