Senior Performance Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create engaging content that retains viewers for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and various digital platforms.

• Utilize raw footage and source material to produce polished videos that are ready for publication.

• Ensure that videos are well-paced, visually captivating, and align with the brand's style guidelines.

• Oversee multiple video projects in production at the same time.

• Implement creative direction and maintain visual appeal within a structured and fast-paced workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, particularly in motion graphics and kinetic text.

• Professional experience in video editing coupled with a robust portfolio.

• Experience in editing content for Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-retention content.

• Strong creative vision and visual aesthetic.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Prompt and dependable communication with quick turnaround times.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work setup.

• Preferred: Experience in performance marketing creative.

• Preferred: Background in UI/UX or digital product videos.

• Preferred: Experience with SaaS, website, or app videos.

• Preferred: Knowledge of QA, quality control, or structured review processes.

• Portfolio or relevant work samples are required.
