This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Complete responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry.
• In charge of the entire paid growth sector at CAPULET — overseeing everything from the initial concept to scalable revenue generation.
• Full ownership for revenue across Meta and Google platforms.
• Emphasis on expanding the CAPULET shop rather than merely focusing on individual campaigns.
• Total accountability for the setup, structure, management, and scaling of all Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Management of budget and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Quick, data-informed decision making.
• Involvement in tracking, data processing, and analysis.
• Proficiency with: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Conversion API, Google Search Console.
• Ongoing performance enhancement.
• Identification of growth levers and potential bottlenecks.
• Aggressive scaling of high-performing campaigns.
• Creation of ad concepts, hooks, and ideas.
• Close collaboration between creative efforts and performance metrics.
• Rapid iteration of ads based on data insights.
• Utilization of AI for analysis, creative modifications, and accelerated decision-making.
• Ideally, developing straightforward workflows and automations — including the design of custom Claude agents.
• Several years of experience in performance marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and scaling in e-commerce, with a focus on growth and conversion.
• Proven success in managing scaled accounts.
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of all pertinent tracking tools.
• Understanding of how creatives function as a performance lever.
• Familiarity with attribution tools is a plus.
• Experience with Claude and other AI tools.
• Self-sufficient, strategic thinker with a genuine growth mindset.
• Strong aesthetic sense, along with an appreciation for branding and luxury lifestyle.
