Senior Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with agencies and enterprise clients to transform WhatsApp into a quantifiable communication channel

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer journeys, and business analytics

• Formulate data-driven suggestions to enhance client results

• Create scalable strategies for WhatsApp growth

• Establish frameworks for performance measurement

• Assist clients in identifying relevant KPIs and success metrics

• Conduct comprehensive strategic performance assessments

• Recognize opportunities to increase client engagement

• Provide education on Performance Messaging to agencies and clients

• Strong professional expertise at a theoretical level

• Accountability for each task undertaken

• Genuine domain expert with in-depth knowledge

• Capable of developing a strategy or components of it

• Understanding the distinction between true knowledge/understanding and the Dunning-Kruger effect
