Senior Performance Creative Strategist – fully remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Are you passionate about crafting innovative concepts that not only captivate visually but also deliver results?

• Create and enhance our paid social creative strategy with an emphasis on scalable creatives throughout the entire marketing funnel (Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel).

• Design high-converting direct-response advertisements — from attention-grabbing hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion strategies.

• Establish robust creative territories, generate new ad concepts, and formulate narratives for both existing and new products.

• Evaluate performance metrics and creative insights to optimize successful creatives and explore new testing methods.

• Create and prioritize a variety of ad formats such as User-Generated Content, skits, greenscreen, social proof, and comparison ads.

• Collaborate closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to swiftly turn ideas into effective creatives.

• Envision larger assets like video shoots or hero videos, always maintaining a clear focus on performance and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or equivalent training (e.g., digital marketing).

• Several years of experience in direct-to-consumer paid social/performance creative, preferably within an e-commerce setting.

• Demonstrated experience with direct-response creatives.

• Strong comprehension of buyer psychology and conversion strategies.

• Experience with performance data analysis and testing methodologies.

• Proficiency with tools like Motion, and ideally familiarity with AI technologies.

• A keen sense for formats, trends, and effective communication.

• A structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Fluent in both German and English.
