Senior Performance Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creative Strategy & Ideation: You systematically create innovative concepts (angles, hooks, storylines) for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native advertisements.

• High-End Briefing: You oversee the complete briefing process for our internal design team as well as external freelancers (editors & UGC creators).

• Direct Response Copywriting: You craft compelling copy that drives sales — ranging from concise, impactful social ads to intricate advertorials, listicles, and lead-generation funnels.

• Data-Driven Iteration: You collaborate closely with our internal media buying team (Meta) and our Google agency.

• UGC & Founder Content: You outline shoot concepts, briefing documents, and content frameworks for our founders and UGC creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Track Record: You have successfully managed substantial budgets in the 7- or 8-figure range within a D2C or e-commerce setting.

• Psychological Profiling: You possess a deep understanding of the “awareness stages” and know how to connect with customers who may not yet recognize their need for a balcony solar system.

• Excellent Writing: Your proficiency in German is at a native level (C2).

• Management Skills: While you don't need to be a designer, you must have the ability to lead and direct design efforts.

• Growth Mindset: You excel in a fast-paced environment. For you, “done is better than perfect” is not just a phrase, but a daily approach to staying competitive in the market.
