• Create compelling direct response advertisement concepts for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Develop impactful angles, hooks, and messaging strategies tailored for a mature female demographic.
• Transform product benefits into emotion-driven advertisements that solve problems.
• Continuously brainstorm new ideas while refining and enhancing proven successful concepts.
• Evaluate performance metrics including hooks, retention rates, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Recognize successful creatives and identify key patterns.
• Formulate structured iterations to amplify successful campaigns.
• Draft clear, actionable briefs for UGC creators and editors.
• Provide guidance to creators on tone, structure, objections, and delivery approaches.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to synchronize creative efforts with performance outcomes.
• Work in partnership with brand and marketing teams to maintain consistency across initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience as a Creative Strategist for direct-to-consumer brands.
• Solid foundation in direct response advertising techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertisement creatives.
• Proven track record of scaling advertisements, rather than just launching them.
• Strong instinct for copywriting, including hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action.
• Data-driven approach combined with creative insight.
