Senior Performance Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative strategy and messaging across various paid social accounts — from initial brief through to execution.

• Perform research driven by performance metrics and consistently refine messaging and briefs utilizing data from advertising platforms and competitor analysis.

• Create compelling high-converting creative concepts rooted in consumer insights and platform behaviors.

• Craft (and guide) impactful copy and frameworks that shape perception and enhance performance.

• Collaborate with design, editing, and media buying teams to ensure cohesive creative alignment throughout the process.

• Mentor and assist junior creatives, aiding them in improving execution and cultivating strategic thinking.

• Present creative concepts and directions to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.

• Convert performance data and qualitative feedback into actionable enhancements for creative work.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends, cultural shifts, and innovative creative formats that drive results.

• Outstanding writing skills, preferably in short-form, digital-first content, supported by a relevant portfolio.

• A blend of strategic and creative thinking — equally intuitive and data-driven.

• Profound understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and the art of brand storytelling.

• Proven experience in developing performance-oriented creative that delivers tangible business outcomes, along with a talent for analyzing performance data to guide creative adjustments.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate creative teams.
