Senior Performance Creative Designer – Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive design execution: You will oversee the entire visual production process for all creative assets, including video editing, animations, image editing, and graphic design across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms.

• Agile testing and iteration: Utilizing data-driven insights from our analytics, you will swiftly and accurately generate new creative designs.

• AI workflow innovator: You will play a key role in advancing AI integration and enablement within creative workflows.

• Creative concept development and copywriting: You will craft visual concepts and storyboards for upcoming campaigns.

• Trend tracking and market analysis: You will consistently monitor and analyze creative trends on social media and advertisements from competitors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing — preferably within a rapidly growing environment (D2C, e-commerce) with a strong emphasis on paid social performance ads.

• Exceptional design skills: You possess a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, visual language, and timing in video editing.

• Performance-oriented mindset: You recognize that effective design must drive conversions within a marketing framework.

• AI-savvy: Generative AI is a vital component of your creative toolkit.

• Proficient with professional tools: You have a high level of expertise with essential design and video editing software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut Desktop).

• Proactive approach and project ownership: You take full responsibility for managing creative projects from initial briefing to final delivery.

• Fluent in German is mandatory.
