This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Lead the design and implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Manage key workstreams within a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
• Identify structural inefficiencies and redesign processes accordingly.
• Execute scalable, AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with COEs, People Business Partners, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on a global scale.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration sessions.
• 6–9+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, or strategy.
• Experience functioning as a strategic partner to senior leadership or in a program leadership role.
• Proven ability to operate in or design for AI-enhanced environments.
• Established track record of delivering measurable, large-scale improvements.
• Experience in driving significant change management initiatives.
• Strong logic in program and process management.
• History of working with a high level of autonomy.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Data-driven mindset with skills to define success metrics.
• Effective and persuasive communicator.
