Senior People Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily configuration and support of essential Workday HCM modules for a global workforce.

• Develop and manage automations based on Workato and create prototype agentic workflows utilizing tools like Claude.

• Integrate Workday with an applicant tracking system and other People Technology platforms.

• Administer Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits configuration and integrations.

• Handle the complete lifecycle of security access requests and the configuration of business processes.

• Create Workday reports that deliver actionable and reliable data.

• Test and implement new functionalities in Workday, including semi-annual updates.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of People Solutions.

• Foster relationships with the People Technology team and provide remote support to stakeholders.

• Implement automation or process enhancements beyond Workday HCM in other areas of People Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in Workday configuration and integrations, particularly with Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits.

• Familiarity with an iPaaS/automation tool like Workato is advantageous.

• Background in using an applicant tracking system (such as Greenhouse or similar) is a plus.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to address real-world business challenges, achieve measurable results, or enhance workflows.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.

• Proficient in managing Workday security, reporting, and complex business process configurations from start to finish.

• Capable of conveying technical system changes to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Willingness to engage in a fixed-term role with a defined scope and timeline.

• Self-motivated and adept at establishing strong remote working relationships.
