This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver advanced operational HR support across various countries or intricate jurisdictions.
• Oversee the operational execution of organizational changes.
• Assist in the operational readiness and implementation of country expansions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws in all operations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complicated operational HR issues.
• Promote operational governance, consistency, and best practices across supported nations.
• Aid in the development of operational frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalation models.
• Offer coaching and guidance to members of the Global People Services team.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to implement workforce and organizational changes effectively.
• Lead initiatives aimed at operational improvements across regions.
• Extensive HR generalist and operational HR experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations and legislative issues.
• Experience in supporting Works Councils, CSEs, or employee consultation processes is preferred.
• Background in facilitating organizational change, transformation, or country expansion activities.
• Strong operational judgment and risk assessment skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to coach and mentor operational HR team members.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Leadership in operational HR across multiple countries.
• Assistance with high-complexity employee relations matters.
• Involvement in country expansion activities.
• Engagement in employee representative processes where applicable.
