📋 Description

• Assess the health of supported organizations and pinpoint future requirements.

• Evaluate the efficacy of programs and processes, making adjustments based on analytical data.

• Mentor managers and senior leaders through growth phases, transitions, and intricate organizational challenges.

• Direct organizational design, team structuring, and succession planning in collaboration with business leaders.

• Create leadership development initiatives and offsite retreats to enhance managerial skills.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure organizational effectiveness efforts align with global employee lifecycle support.

• Leverage contemporary tools, including AI technologies like Claude, to assess organizational health and boost manager effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience partnering with senior leaders as a People or HR Business Partner or in organizational development, or a minimum of 8 years with an advanced degree in a relevant area.

• Extensive experience collaborating with go-to-market teams such as Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations.

• Proficient understanding of pipeline and quota-carrying dynamics.

• Proven success in developing senior-level leaders and above.

• Background in coaching managers to enhance their effectiveness.

• Expertise in organizational design, succession planning, change management, and evaluating program effectiveness.

• Capability to influence senior leadership and provide honest perspectives without formal authority.

• Good judgment in determining when to take action, when to involve HR, and maintaining confidentiality.

• Competence in working primarily from consolidated team health data.
