This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of and consistently enhance the complete employee lifecycle processes, which encompass onboarding, offboarding, exit strategies, benefits, and equity programs.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and uphold data integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert for employee and managerial questions related to policies and benefits.
• Develop and sustain People Operations documentation, including offer letters and policy guidelines.
• Lead the rollout of new policies.
• Carry out precise and compliant end-to-end payroll processing for designated groups.
• Serve as the main point of contact for intricate payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and external payroll vendors.
• Partner with People Business Partners to assist employees, address concerns and conflicts, and pursue equitable resolutions.
• Generate and evaluate People Operations reports and metrics.
• Leverage data to inform decision-making and contribute to People strategies.
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure proactive compliance and support policy development, communication, and consistent enforcement.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in payroll processing management, including a solid understanding of payroll taxes, regulations, and reporting.
• Experience working with cross-border teams, particularly with a strong emphasis on Lithuanian jurisdiction.
• Familiarity with Dutch and German jurisdictions is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and strategic mindset with a dedication to fostering a positive employee experience and identifying avenues for continuous improvement.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and tools, including Deel, Culture Amp, and Google Suite.
• Experience in leading small to medium-scale People Operations projects and initiatives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
