• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by offering coaching and insights that improve organizational capability and team dynamics.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of various People initiatives (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement).

• Maintain a balance between overarching strategy and essential processes in compensation, performance cycles, and employee relations.

• Utilize metrics and feedback loops to detect trends and propose proactive solutions to stakeholders.

• Assist teams during organizational changes with clear communication.

• Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure a cohesive experience.

• Extensive experience as a People Business Partner, particularly in high-growth tech startups or IaaS/SaaS environments.

• Strong, practical understanding of French employment law.

• Proven ability to manage relationships and sustain a constructive, transparent dialogue with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).

• Awareness of the complexities involved in cultivating culture and trust across different time zones and screens.

• A demonstrated history of leading transformative People projects from conception to execution.

• Outstanding storytelling skills in English.

• Comfortable working with data and using it to narrate a story while keeping the "human" aspect behind the metrics in focus.

• A self-starter who excels in a decentralized, fast-paced environment.
