People Systems Lead – 12-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and enhance People processes.

• Map and assess comprehensive People processes.

• Revamp workflows to boost scalability, minimize manual effort, and improve employee experience.

• Collaborate with People Systems to convert process enhancements into system upgrades and automation.

• Ensure that HRIS (HiBob) accurately represents well-structured processes by continually refining workflows, fields, and automation.

• Identify process and system gaps and drive necessary improvements.

• Maintain data accuracy across People systems.

• Assist with reporting and data validation in collaboration with People Analytics and Finance.

• Provide timely, clear, and high-quality support for employee inquiries.

• Identify pain points in the employee journey and initiate improvements.

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and overall experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong systems thinking approach.

• Proven track record in enhancing or redesigning People/HR processes, particularly with an emphasis on automation and tools.

• Solid working knowledge of HR systems (HiBob or similar HRIS) and data management.

• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country populations (US + Europe).

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process quality.

• Ability to translate operational challenges into structured process and system enhancements.

• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting employees.

• Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
