Senior Pega Developer, CSSA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement Pega solutions that align with business needs and enterprise guidelines.

• Develop and improve features utilizing Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors.

• Perform code reviews to guarantee adherence to Pega guardrails and development best practices.

• Collaborate with solution architects to fulfill design, security, and integration requirements.

• Assist in application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

• Engage in test execution, defect resolution, and support for releases.

• Work alongside DevOps teams to facilitate CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is mandatory.

• 7–10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of direct Pega development experience.

• Strong background in creating Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors.

• Thorough understanding of Pega guardrails, performance optimization, and industry best practices.

• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is preferred.

• Extensive technical knowledge, including familiarity with Cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and Java.

• Proven experience supporting Agile delivery teams and collaborating with architects on solution design.
