• Lead the NAMER Advocacy Team.

• Manage team workload against incoming demands, taking responsibility for prioritization when requests exceed capacity.
• Take ownership of DevDays Delivery in NAMER.
• Facilitate the complete account engagement process.
• Collaborate with the Global DevDays Team Lead to ensure each DevDay is customized to the client's domain and use cases (e.g., AI agents, long-running workflows, CI/CD orchestration, legacy migration), covering standard, advanced, and engineering-leadership tracks.
• Drive champion identification and structured follow-up to ensure engagements lead to sustainable adoption.
• Manage Enterprise-Facing Programs.
• Oversee NAMER's involvement in recurring initiatives such as Enterprise Office Hours, coordinating with Developer Education, Marketing, and the webinar team.
• Create and maintain a reusable library of modules, labs, and presentations for your team to customize and localize.
• Align with Enterprise & Sales.
• Work closely with AEs, SAs, and Developer Success to align advocacy efforts with regional pipeline, expansion, and adoption objectives.
• Assess and prioritize requests based on ARR impact, opportunity stage, strategic logo significance, and available resources.
• Maintain a strong feedback loop from the field to Docs, Education, and Product to highlight enterprise developer needs.
• Engage in Hands-On Contribution & Storytelling.
• Maintain technical expertise—design and deliver sessions, create sample applications, and contribute enterprise-friendly content (including patterns, integration guides, recaps, and success stories).
• Position yourself and your team as trusted technical authorities within enterprise accounts.
• Experience in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, or technical community roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS or a developer-centric organization.

• Strong hands-on technical credibility: able to build, demonstrate, and teach, earning the respect of senior enterprise engineers.
• An operational, execution-oriented mindset: capable of running a repeatable program, managing intake and prioritization, and adhering to commitments against an SLA.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, SAs, Dev Success, Product, and Marketing, translating technical engagement into commercial value.
• A genuine passion for empowering developers and fostering authentic, high-trust community experiences, rather than sales pitches.
• Familiarity with durable execution, workflow orchestration, or distributed systems (e.g., Temporal) is a significant advantage.
• Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays.
• 100% Premiums Coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision.
