Senior P&C Engineer – Technical Application Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serves as a knowledgeable consultant to assist customers in the planning and creation of technical solutions.

• Aids in the technical development of proposals, ensuring alignment with the customer's specifications.

• Provides technical support to commercial teams.

• Helps customers with troubleshooting and analysis of protection and control systems.

• Monitors issues identified during product demonstrations, evaluations, and testing.

• Leads technical presentations for customers to support sales or service efforts.

• Delivers product training to both customers and the sales team.

• Assists customers with product testing at their locations.

• Receives customer requests for quotes and formulates product proposals.

• Develops and nurtures long-term relationships with technical contacts within customer organizations.

• Aids in identifying new leads and market opportunities in the Sales Region.

• Prepares and delivers technical presentations, white papers, and case studies at industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in power system protection and control.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
