AI Engineer, Software Engineer – AI Applications

📋 Description

• Develop agentic applications that address genuine customer needs utilizing our platform's capabilities.

• Create agentic workflows, plugins, and tool integrations that provide quantifiable value to customers.

• Convert unclear challenges into user-friendly AI experiences.

• Quickly construct new applications, solicit feedback, and refine them into solutions ready for production.

• Collaborate closely with platform engineers to guide the development of abstractions and reusable components.

• Recognize recurring patterns in customer deployments and assist in transforming them into reusable products.

• Take ownership of customer-facing quality, encompassing UX, reliability, performance, and assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience in creating production-ready agentic AI applications utilizing AI agents, workflows, MCP, and tool orchestration.

• Capability to swiftly transition from concept to functioning product while ensuring high engineering quality.

• Strong product instincts—your focus is on the usefulness of a solution, not merely its technical sophistication.

• Experience with API integration, enterprise systems, and external data sources.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.

• A growth mindset with a humble attitude—you are keen to learn new tools and technologies, absorb knowledge from others, and be adaptable when necessary.
