Senior P&C Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior advisor in People & Culture (P&C) to organizational leaders.

• Oversee intricate employee relations issues.

• Act as the main P&C liaison with the German Works Council.

• Prepare and facilitate consultations and negotiation processes.

• Ensure prompt information sharing, consultation, and co-determination procedures.

• Work in conjunction with Legal and leadership to achieve compliant results.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of local and regional employment laws.

• Suggest improvements to policies, employee handbooks, and HR practices.

• Mentor and enhance leadership capabilities.

• Assist leaders with setting objectives and conducting talent reviews.

• Collaborate on employment contracts and Works Council issues.

• Oversee the complete employee life cycle.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex cases.

• Administer and enhance existing P&C programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

• Background in a senior HR Business Partner or a similar position.

• Strong emphasis on Works Council experience.

• Proven experience collaborating with Works Councils.

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field.

• Robust working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational change management.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management.

• Capability to manage complex priorities and drive initiatives from conception to execution.

• Experience in multinational or technology companies is preferred.
