Senior Payroll Specialist, w/m/x

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Preparation of payroll and salary statements for clients with various legal structures throughout Germany

• Enhancement and optimization of internal financial processes

• Providing clients with guidance on all matters related to payroll, taxation, and social security law

• Communication with social security institutions, health insurance providers, and relevant authorities

• Compilation and analysis of reports

• Assistance in the ongoing development of our payroll tool

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in payroll accounting, preferably managing a diverse portfolio of clients

• Familiarity with AGENDA (or similar software) and standard MS Office applications

• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and social security law

• Exceptional numerical skills and outstanding communication abilities, especially in client-facing scenarios

• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail, while also fostering a collaborative team environment

• High level of accuracy and dependability

• Fluent in German (negotiation level)
